Tips to Finding a Balanced Business & Life

Let’s be honest for a minute – as entrepreneurs, we have SO. MUCH. TO. DO!

And to be honest, it can feel really overwhelming when we have 100 things on our to-do lists and we are not quite sure where to even start.

I don’t know about you but for me, I often feel like my to-do list is never-ending!!

I check off one thing and add two more! So what do we do about it? How can we get ourselves out of this cycle of overwhelm?

We get ourselves out of this nasty cycle by incorporating STRUCTURE and SYSTEMS into our lives and businesses.

Okay, I see you rolling your eyes over there because it’s so hard to have structure when you have a house and family to take care of, you don’t remember the last time you showered, and you have client calls all day every day!

But I have great news for you – you can absolutely have that structure if you open yourself up to guidance. You deserve that guidance and structure because YOU are amazing. YOU do not deserve to get lost in the crowd. YOU deserve to feel good and happy!

I want to talk to you today about the journey of being an entrepreneur for a moment. It is so important to feel safe and secure in our businesses in order to be able to make money, serve our clients, and ultimately have the freedom to enjoy our lives.

We want to feel productive.

We want to enjoy our businesses.

To make MONEY.

We want to have the freedom to spend time with our families.

So I’m not going to sugar coat this or give you some long answer. You need to feel safe in your business. You need systems in place and a routine. So let’s start with creating a marketing routine for you.

Think about it - it can feel super stressful to need to come up with content to share each week in order to be visible, right? Imagine how nice it would be if you were able to create content quickly and easily, have awesome engagement, be visible, AND have time to do the things you love in your business AND spend time enjoying your family!

All of that is possible.

Start with creating a schedule. Where do you want to be active? Where are your ideal clients hanging out? Facebook? Instagram? Pinterest? Start there.

How often are you going to be posting? Once a day? Twice a day? I encourage my clients to start with once or twice a day. You can always step it up or down from there if you’d like.

Create your posts ahead of time.

Make it possible.
